Notice to patients: Recording of all incoming calls

We have to inform our patients that we are recording all incoming calls into Spring House.

If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please mention this to the person answering your call immediately and they will phone you straight back.

No outgoing calls are recorded after 25th May 2018.

Accessibility and communications

We want to communicate easily with all of our patients.  We are keen to make sure that you can read and understand the information that we send you.

If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let one of our receptionists know.

We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read.

We want to know if you need a British Sign Language intrepreter or advocate. 

We want to know if we can support you to lip-read or use a hearing-aid or communication tool

We do have a hearing-aid loop at reception.  We also have copies of our Practice Leaflet in large print so please ask
