Non-urgent advice: Telephone System Update – One Year On
In 2025, we introduced a new telephone system to help make contacting the practice easier. One year on, this continues to support patients in reaching us more smoothly and efficiently.
Have you used our call back feature?
To help reduce waiting times, our phone system includes a call back option.
If you are number 5 or higher in the queue, you will be offered a call back
- Press 1 to request the call back
- After pressing 1, please wait for the call to end so your request is registered. If this step is missed, the call back will not be booked.
What happens next
Once you have requested a call back:
- You will keep your place in the queue
- There is no need to call us again
- We will call you back as soon as it is your turn
We are here to help
We know your time is valuable, and we are working hard to make contacting us as simple as possible. The call back option is there to save you waiting on hold, so please do make use of it when offered.
Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to improve our service, your care remains our priority.
All our incoming and outgoing calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.
NEW DIGITAL TRIAGE SERVICE
On Monday 2nd June, Spring House Surgery switched to a “TOTAL DIGITAL TRIAGE SERVICE” where all requests for appointments, medical certificate plus admin enquiries are to be submitted online.
